Registration fees and Uniform Fees are due at fitting day. Payment can be made at the bottom of this form with CC/Apple Pay/Google Pay/ Paypal, send a check to NWI COYOTES at 5038 E Rock Grove Road, or bring cash/check payment to fitting day.
o JUNE 14TH & 22ND FITTING DAY/EQUIPMENT PICKUP

Uniform includes Cheer Top & Skirt, Bow, & Poms. Each athlete is to provide their own shoes (any color), socks, shorts/briefs under skirts, for practice and games. Uniforms are the same from the 2023 & 2024 season and can be used again if they still fit. - We can also arrange swapping with other stock uniforms.

All players from surrounding communities and school districts are welcome to join.

Practices: Start the first week of July and run through the last game in October. Practices are Tuesday through Thursday from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm at the Jane Adams Community Center in Cedarville IL. Coaches at individual levels may go down to three days a week as we get into the season and also will shorten up practice time when it starts to get dark earlier in the evening.

Games: Season is typically 9 weeks with a one week bye (8 games) All games are primarily on Saturdays, but may be moved to Sundays if there is a shortage of referees, beginning August 12th.

Cheer teams will be divided to be sure we have coverage for every game. If you have an athlete in both cheer and football your cheerleader will cheer for the corresponding team.

NWI Coyotes is a volunteer ran program. Volunteering is a requirement to be a part of the program. All families will be expected to volunteer at a MINIMUM of 2 home games.
